The Terrace dummy lever set contains no latch or locking function. The Terrace lever is also available in the privacy (locks/unlocks with a privacy pin on the interior and can be unlocked from the exterior with the emergency release), passage (contains passage latch with no locking function) and half dummy (one sided and contains no latch or locking function) functions.
