Shipping options within the US Contiguous, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Possessions
For international orders, we require a minimum purchase of $100. For orders being shipped to Europe, we require a minimum purchase of $200. International shipping fees will also apply to your order. Please allow additional time for delivery, delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed.
Order Processing Time
Estimated delivery times reflect business days the order spends in actual transit from our location to the delivery address – order processing and handling is not included in this estimate.
Order processing and handling may vary and may be longer during peak holidays, immediately after a popular promotion, or if a custom order has been placed. If you have questions about the status of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some of our products have longer processing times. Please check the “Product Description” tab on individual product pages for estimated processing times. Unless specified, orders ship complete. If you need an order expedited or products to ship separately, contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request (additional charges may apply).
Express delivery cut-off times
In stock items ordered by 2pm (EST) Monday-Friday will be shipped same day.
Items ordered after 2pm (EST) will ship the next non-holiday business day.
Items with lead times from the manufacturer will ship by 2pm (EST) Monday-Friday on the day they are received by us.
Items with lead times received by us from the manufacturer received after 2pm (EST) will ship the next non-holiday business day.
We cannot ship packages on the following US national holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day (USPS only)
- President’s Day (USPS only)
- Easter (FedEx only)
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day (USPS only)
- Veteran’s Day (USPS only)

Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day, unless otherwise specified on your order acknowledgement.
Additional Charges and Taxes Outside the Contiguous United States
Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. Please check with your government regarding the fees and tax they charge.
Air Shipping Restriction
Products that contain batteries of any kind are prohibited from shipping via air.
Custom and Backorders
Estimated order processing times are provided when custom orders are quoted. Cancellations can be made within 24hrs of order placement as long as the order has not already been sent into production or shipped. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need to change or cancel a custom order, please contact us immediately and we will check on the status of the order to determine if it can be cancelled.
If an item is out of stock or experiences an extended processing time, we will notify you by email. You will have the option of keeping the item on order, canceling the item, or selecting another item. Typically, we will hold the entire order until it can ship complete.
“Production” in this Return Policy refers to items for a specific finish, color, fabrication, configuration, including special bill of materials packaging.
