Door Stops & Bumpers Collection
Baseboard Bumpers
These can be used on any door that opens parallel with the wall, and where there is baseboard installed along the bottom of the wall.
- Spring and solid design options for lighter and heavier doors.
Floor Mounted
Generally used on heavier, exterior doors, and only when you can secure the door stop directly to the floor.
- Prevents damage to the wall, door and door trim.
- Floor door stops can not be used on carpet, and can be somewhat difficult to install on marble or ceramic tile.
Hinge Pin Stops
These stops are normally used in situations where the door does not open against a wall but against furniture or an object. These also eliminate the need for drilling into the floor, baseboard, or wall.
- Prevents damage to the wall, door, door trim, and objects behind the door.
- Mounted on any one of the three door hinges.
- Install it directly onto the existing hinge pin of the door. Simply remove the hinge pin from the hinge, place the hinge pin door stop over the hole, and slide the pin back into place.
Kickdown Holders
Designed to stop the door from closing at a desired position until it is manually released.
- A great hands-free option for holding door open.
- Various size, finish, and style options.
Magnetic Stops
Magnetic stops not only protect your doors and walls from damage, but they also hold doors open to prevent them from swaying.
- Can be installed on the baseboard or the floor.
- The permanent magnets are usually spring loaded to absorb shocks.
Overhead Door Holders
These holders mount to the top of the door and the door frame. They prevent door slamming and wide openings that could damage the wall or door.
- An internal spring cushions the door opening.
- When the door is in the full open position, the internal hold open clip keeps the door open. A gentle pull on the door releases the hold open.
- Convenient product when needing the door to stay open.
Wall Mounted Bumpers
Wall bumpers are installed on the wall either directly behind the door lever/knob or at the bottom similar to a baseboard bumper.
- Protects walls from collisions with door knobs/levers and other door hardware that can cause scuffs and holes in the walls.
- Some are designed to latch onto the door to keep it open, others are designed to simply cushion door impact as it opens.
