Deltana's DCSM10 Overhead Door Holder has an internal spring that cushions the door opening. When the door is in the full open position (maximum 110 degrees), the internal hold-open clip keeps the door open. A gentle pull on the door releases the clip. It is simple to install and use on a daily basis. It is mounted to the top of the door with included thru-bolts and the door frame with included wood or machine screws.
