From the Emtek American Heritage collection, the Arts & Crafts patio deadbolt is made from solid brass and available in an array of popular finishes. Emtek offers a high degree of customization, allowing you to create hardware uniquely suited to your home. We would be happy to assist with customization beyond what is offered here. Split finishes and split styles are also available. Give us a call to design your custom set.

The Arts & Crafts patio (single-sided) deadbolt features a hardened steel bolt for additional strength and security. The deadbolt is retracted by a thumbturn on the inside. The Arts & Crafts style is also available in the single cylinder (locks/unlocks with a key on the outside and a thumbturn on the inside) and double cylinder (locks/unlocks with a key on the outside and inside of the door) functions. These items are listed separately.

  • Latch: Mortised tubular latch with square or radius corner faceplate available.

The Arts & Crafts patio deadbolt is designed for easy installation using 1-3/4" cross bore and 1" edge bore door prep.

  • Installation Instructions
  • When you are preparing for the 1-3/4" cross bore, bore from the inside 1-1/2" deep, do not bore all the way through the door.
