About this product:

The Modern Disc patio (single-sided) deadbolt features a hardened steel bolt for additional strength and security. The deadbolt is retracted by a thumbturn on the inside. The Modern Disc style is also available in the single cylinder (locks/unlocks with a key on the outside and a thumbturn on the inside) and double cylinder (locks/unlocks with a key on the outside and inside of the door) functions. These items are listed separately.

  • Latch: Mortised tubular latch with square or radius corner faceplate available.

The Modern Disc patio deadbolt is designed for easy installation using 1-3/4" cross bore and 1" edge bore door prep.

  • Installation Instructions
  • When you are preparing for the 1-3/4" cross bore, bore from the inside 1-1/2" deep, do not bore all the way through the door.
